How much wear will I get out of these BR peeptoe wedges?

I love these. I just don't want to get them and then not wear them except for the occasional dinner out. I've got 40 % off so the price won't be too bad (plus lots of reward certificates to use)

What do you think? Will I get a lot of wear out of them as primarily a MOTG?

These look very versatile to me. Wedges are absolutely comfy, so I have no concerns about that. The only thing is the peep-toe. How do you feel about tights showing from the peep-toe? If you are comfortable with that then go ahead.

I don't know how I should feel about the peep toe. I love peeptoes, but are they practical for winter?

Will it be weird to wear a peep toe sans stockings in January and Feb? Is that a fashion no no?

You can wear tights with peep toes. Just tuck the seam under your toes so it doesn't show.

I personally don't like peeptoes in winter because I don't like it when my feet get wet. Plus, being suede, that might also limit the amount of wear you can get out of them in the Winter. So, if I were you, the answer would be "not much".

But, depending on your climate/lifestyle that might not be an issue for you.

I'd love to have those shoes. I would get a lot of wear out of them if I could wear such high heels, but then I live in California. I have two pairs of a much lower Cole Hahn version and I plan on wearing them this winter with tights.

I tend to avoid peep toes - they have more hassles (nail polish color, nail polish chipping, rain, cold, etc) that I don't want to deal with unless it's sandal season. I guess it depends on when and where you'll wear them.

I bought a pair of peeptoes this spring, in black, and wore them like crazy. But I agree with the others, I think they're a little odd in the winter even when they're strictly speaking not too cool. I think of them as a transitional shoe between closed shoes and sandals, best in the spring and fall.
