I'm jealous of the generous returns policy in the USA!

There are only a couple of stores (David Jones- like Nordies, Just Justs and Colorado) that I've found to have generous returns policies and good customer service.

Good luck on the returning mission all!

Ok... I have the following undecided purchases... That's why I still have them!
Sweater jacket from GAP
Ankle boots - DSW
Peacoat - H&M
Sweater - Loft
BR wool Martin trousers (2)
GAP Boyfriend Jacket

.... That's a lot of stuff.....

Too bad you didn't ask yesterday! I just spent this entire afternoon returning - things that looked so wonderful in July and August -- from NAS: scarf, cardi, bracelet set, silk tunic (yes the beloved one, but I didn't like the high side cut on the petite, so they've tracked down a regular for me),

Macy's flats, necklace, and dress are riding around in my car for this week.

And I have separated another silk top, cardi, and scarf to be returned if the sky doesn't fall in after this current batch of returns.

I was feeling it was too much effort to dress in new ways that I don't seem to be loving myself in (or I would have already put these items into use, right?) Plus, I felt I needed to keep it simpler in my closet. The options seemed overwhelming, and lots of the combinations weren't always wonderful. . .

I made $470 worth of returns on Saturday - 2 puffer coats and a wool coat were the bulk of that, plus a few other button downs that don't fit, 2 sweater, a dress and 2 pairs of pants. All of them were internet orders that didn't work out.

I have a pair of boots to return to Amazon.com and am still deciding on a cardigan. Not too bad, I usually have more things in the queue. When I decide it is going back I will put it in the trunk of my car so I remember to return it!

I see that a lot of returning is going on! Nice work. Anybody need additional encouragement?

Just think how good it will feel to see those minuses on your credit card statement...

I've done all my returns (and even one I wasn't going to send back)... Now I'm waiting for more stuff to arrive so I can turn around and return more. I hate all the boxes and waste involved, but I have no other shopping options!

I returned the grey ezibuy tunic & the black pocketed ezibuy dress last week via snail mail. The size 12 dress was too short/snug to wear comfortably to work.

I had hoped to exchange for a size 14 dress to see how that worked, but I got an email today saying they are out of stock in size 14. A bit annoying because it's taken a whole week, and it was definitely in stock when I returned it. Oh well, I didn't *love* it, so I'm not too heartbroken. My wallet is also happy

Another none I am doing SYC, so I haven't been shopping at all since August.

I just got my Gap leggings, so tomorrow the Macy's leggings are going back. I'm frantically looking for the receipt for the H&M blazer but cant find it anywhere, so I guess I'll have to exchange, which annoys me because I don't like anything in their current collection.

Update: I returned three things: The H&M peacoat, Gap sweater jacket and ATL sweater. I am keeping the Gap boyfriend jacket

I still need to decide on the two BR pants and the DSW booties.

Two:
Gap jeggings- too low for me
A gold top that is too shiny I got at a discount store-
I just returned 4 boots- yes that was a relief!
