First of all, I know I've been a stranger lately. I'm sorry! I have been working a lot and haven't had as much time to spend on the forum.
Anyway, I need your input! I am so used to Nordstrom's awesome return policy that I am perplexed about what to do in this situation.
I bought a pair of trousers at Loft. I wore them once and they bagged out and stretched out horribly. I am really disappointed in the quality and really don't like the pants. If this was a Nordstrom item, I wouldn't hesitate to return them and I know I wouldn't get any grief. But what about at Loft? If I go in and tell them the truth (I wore them once but am really unhappy, etc) what kind of reaction will I get? Are they flexible on situations like this or not at all?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I hate to throw out money like that!
