Lisa, I LOVE the term "non-negotiable". Such better terminology for me to use : a blazer is non-negotiable, a t shirt is negotiable. Awesome ! I am going to use that term in my planning. I actually prioritize my skincare stuff and make up. I often search for product "dupes" on the internet. More often than not, there are dupes at reasonable prices. But if there is a color lipstick that I LOVE and there is no dupe, I gladly pay for it and skim the money off of something else.

Kerlyn, just because you are a bargain shopper doesn't mean that you don't make decisions on what you would rather spend a little more on vs. something else. : ) I don't do manis or pedis either but I like having a small "wardrobe" of nail polish. Nowadays there are so many good products at great prices, it is incredible. I am SO with you on looking good to exercise. It does build morale.

Shoes are my non-negotiable - just like you. Not only do I also prefer leather, (and I often buy orthotics shoes as well, which are pricey) they are also much more likely to actually wear out.
