How do these look?

I'm at TJMaxx and found a couple pairs of black sandals. I'm not sure about the first pair. They fit the pair if black flats I need, but do they look like they fit? They feel great. The second pair are wedges and they feel great as well. I can get both, but I'm not 100% sure about them. I'd like to use them as a casual to dress casual shoe.

What do you think?

They look OK but I would be afraid this style is not too secure on the foot..I like the second pair!

are those steve madden and aerosoles? i have almost the same two pairs of shoes but in an earthier color palette. do you often feel a hole for black shoes? especially in the summer, i don't really care for black shoes myself, but it could be a personal thing.

I like them both! I've tried on the second pair, and they feel unstable at the ankle - do you have this problem?

I like the second pair. First pair is an interesting style but I don't like the shape of the sole... It looks too big ant the front but too narrow at the arch.

I am for the 1st pair here. I find that sandals with a strap btw your toes are more secure than those that lack it...

I like them both, but it would be easier to tell with a side shot of the first pair as well. I'm slightly more drawn to the look of the first pair. Did you decide?

I got the second pair. The heel feels pretty sturdy tome. The first pair was BOC, but it just didn't feel "right", if that makes sense. I also found a great statement necklace and could justify 2 pairs of shoes with the necklace.

Very pretty choice. I find black sandals indispensable in the summer because I wear a lot of prints with black as a component color. I also wear summery black skirts (like a very thin crinkle silk skirt from AT).

@Adlefa - Me too! I like having a brown flat sandal and a black flat sandal because they've been workhorses in my wardrobe. Almost everything I wear in the summer will match either of them.

Thanks everyone. I have found one bad thing about the shoes. I should have broken them in more before I tried to wear them out today in a row. One of toes has a battle wound and may need some time off before wearing them again.

I always seem to forget that before wearing new shoes. :/
