I'm thinking of wearing this for a party .... what colour tights should I wear to complete this outfit? What colour bracelets and necklace?

I'm terribly unimaginative...but I would probably try dark gray tights and then pretty simple gold or silver jewelry. The boots and dress are fashion statements in and of themselves, so wearing simple jewelry will let those other elements shine.

Hmm. I'd probably be wearing the dress and boots with a big fuzzy white sweater and silver jewelry. Some kind of metal necklace, no stones. Stockings... Something with shimmer or glitter.

Can you getaway without hose? No? Then go sheer nude. Add big statement earrings and a cuff bracelet.....probably silver. I'd leave off the necklace and let that neckline do the talking. A fab party look....you sex bomb you! Have fun!

Agree with DEB. I would wear nude hose if you have to wear any to allow a balance between the skin showing on the top half. If not I feel the outfit will look bottom heavy.

I agree with nude or no hose. I'd go with big chunky silver bracelet & chandelier earrings. No necklace.

@Gigi - I have to disagree with you being unimaginative. I really love your posts and I love your style! You are one of those people who seem to be able to throw outfits together and always look really really good!

@Rachylou - Silver jewellery really does stand out well against black, doesn't it? I like the ideas of shiny tights!

@Deb - No tights? ... Interesting, I never really considered that before. I was scared it would look less sophisticated without tights but then again, perhaps bare legs is a trend that is returning. Ooh, I like your idea with the big chunky jewellery!

@Janni - I did go with chunky silver jewellery as I felt it stood out well against the black dress. Thanks so much!
