I am loving this thread!
I dress for the office 4 days a week, have fun with casual Friday, and will also pick out a nice casual outfit if I've got weekend plans. Which, homebody that I am, I usually don't!
As soon as I get home, I change out of my work clothes and into my house clothes. I read a lovely book one time (maybe Wear More Cashmere?) that inspired me to have really soft and lovely lounge clothes and kimono style robes. After all, if I'm spending all my home time lounging, it should be something sublime.

I am so short that most of my street wear is hemmed for at least a 2 inch heel. At home, I am generally barefoot so I won't stay in those clothes for that reason. My at home clothes are yoga pants or athletic shorts. I really should step it up a bit for my sweetheart.

I'm reading this thread with great interest. Usually there are several days/week that I only leave the house to get a drink from Sonic. I love the formulas I've read about here, but I'm not very comfortable working on projects around the house with jeans, shirt, jacket, etc. However, in case someone comes to the door & just because I prefer looking somewhat pulled together, I don't know what to wear on my at-home days.

It's interesting to see what other YLFer's wear on at-home days.

To be perfectly honest, my home look and going out look have been almost the same. But I have been working very hard to wear makeup most days, wear nice outfits and accessorize them even if I am staying home. Sometimes the only place I go to is school to pick up my kids. I do spend the morning in workout gear since I hit the gym or run once all the kids are out the door or I take the twins with me. Once home I shower and get dressed and then it is almost noon.

Today is an at home day so I am in a long t-shirt, cami and leggings. But tonight is date night and I plan on changing into something nicer.

I had to chuckle at Ceit's comment as I too have found my clothes with spots and strange things on them (i.e. yogurt) once I am out of the house.
