Okay, this is mine. I didn't measure it, but it's small. I recently reconfigured my trusty plastic shelves to have more room to hang items, so I can see what I have (thank you YLF!). Iphone photos slightly blurry but hopefully you will get the idea!
First is what you can see when doors are open.
Second and third is to the left, top and bottomish.
Fourth and fifth are to the right, top and bottomish.
On top of the shelves and under the hanging items are my bins. To the left top is my cashmere in storage. (The cashmeres I can maybe wear in Austin are folded up top. in the middle, next to my casual hoodies; cashmere vests are hanging up.) The open messy bin is my holding bin. Everything in bins to the right are summery items. For the bins on the floor, left is nonseasonal pants, right is my new-with-tags-white-shirt bin. I also have one bin under the bed with summer items, next to the bin with all the ski stuff for the family.
Seasonal coats and shoes are kept in a very small closet by the front door, which I share with DH and DD. Off-season is kept in the office/guest room closet along with all of my husbands photo equipment, our suitcases, spare bedding, gift wrap, and drawers of DD's artwork which I swear I will go through someday.
I like binning things because it keeps items tidy, and having to put things in and out of them forces me to evaluate each item at least twice a season.
BTW I am very proud of my empty hangars, this is a real first for me!
