I am feeling much better this week, and after binging a bit (no, I don't mean just the brownie) I am back on track. I went grocery shopping today and got lots of produce. I haven't been wanting my go to healthy alternatives, so I got some new things. For lunch today I cooked a chicken breast in some broth and sherry with spinach mushrooms and grape tomatoes- yummy! I needed a change from salads.
My weight blossomed last week, but it is back down a bit already. I have been keeping up with both my 3 Yoga classes and 3 Aqua classes a week, so I am getting a good amount of exercise finally.
An other thing that I bought at the store was a puzzle book. It's supposed to help your mind if you do some sort of brain teaser or logic puzzles, so I am adding that to my healthy habits.
