We will be renting

I swear selling our home in a pandemic has had us in very low moments. We started to sell right before we knew of the pandemic in December of 2019 then all heck broke loose. Thankfully we found buyers who were willing to work with us and the pitiful mortgage company we have had to deal with but that’s another story.

We wound up doing a short sale and now we have exactly 30 days to find a home. We have been looking for a full year. With so many ups and downs I’m so ready for our next. My sister and I still share our home. The plan is to move to Las Vegas in 10 years time after retirement. I cannot believe I’m talking about retirement. God willing Zi will be 13 years old.

This was one of the major reasons I did an overhaul of my wardrobe. I feel like our life is finally moving beyond the dreadful year of 2020 and the start of 2021. I feel like we can finally see the light.

Y’all pray for us and send good vibes hopefully we can find the right place that will be home without problems or stress. Any tips or suggestions welcome especially looking at apartments. Our goal is to sock away more money for our financial future
