I had no time to go to the store in person, but I did take some time out to surf their sales site - 25% off already reduced items, plus an additional 10% off for using my Bloomie's CC.

I ordered two coats:

1) A Sutton Studio petite Ponte Knit Trench in Bone (off-white) - not meant for rain, and I have no idea the quality, but I have been very curious about the fit of this store brand. This trench was only offered online, so with the sale I figured it was worth a shot.

and

2) A down puffer with fox trim, also in bone.

The second coat is one I had my eye on all last year.... I waited for it to go on sale, and when it did, they were all out of smalls. But when I hit the site today - lo and behold - all they had was small!!! It was a $250ish coat, marked down to $100, then they added the discounts... who could resist??? What a steal. I sure hope this fits AND that it is warm!!

Shout out for Bloomie's customer service:

During checkout coat #1 did not show the additional discount. I placed the order anyway, then sent an email to customer service asking about that. Within minutes I received a nice response saying they would deduct the discount. Yeah!

Cross fingers both coats fit.... if not, I have tons of in-store only coupons and it'll give me an excuse to try to squeeze in a shopping trip.....
