Has anyone ordered from Joss and Main. I ordered 2 weeks ago and my order still shows processing. I have tried contacting then but to no avail. It is just frustrating. I want to finish my little project.

Is this experience typical?

Never ordered from them, but I peruse a lot. That seems a long time for no change in status in this day and age. On the other hand, big ticket items and a variety of vendors, I could see there being a long wait.

I have ordered from them a couple of times. Their shipping is not fast but they do tell you on the site when to expect your item to arrive and it seems like there is always a two-week window, maybe more.

On the plus side, the items I have ordered are always very nice.

Thank you Shelia. I feel a lot better. There is another piece I want but I'm waiting. I may miss it but I want to see how this turns out.
Rachylou-you are probably right. I'm just impatient.

I had the same experience as Sheila. Ordered twice, items did not come particularly quickly but they set expectations well, and I loved both things. Patience is hard with online ordering especially because so many clothing stores ship so quickly! Good luck.

I haven't done J&M, but others like zulily, one kings lane, fab, etc. Long lead times are a fact of life with those home dec daily sites. Since they don't warehouse items, they need to receive it from the mfr once you order it, then they handle it and ship it out. It's the trade-off I guess, for getting a good deal.
