Please don't forget that we are all vulnerable at this time of the year, and there are more shoppers than usual in the stores, so viruses and microbes abound! I have just had the worse week stuck at home with the flu bc I went shopping and wasn't careful previously... Of course I can't say for sure this was the cause, but it was the only different activity I did and I know I was around a lot of pple, and around sick pple too, and dates concord. Just carry hand sanitizer or make sure you wash often, and be extra extra careful about hand-face interaction, as it is one the main cause of infection. Carry handkerchiefs or Kleenex in your pocket for that emergency nose drip when coming inside if you live in a cold climate, for example, put on your gloves for walking around and holding on to ramps. Given the week I just suffered, I'd even carry a mask for when standing in those long lines in a crowded space! (or discretely put your scarf around your mouth and nose for a filter).

Really, if what I caught was this year's flu, despite having received immunization, despite daily vitamin intakes and a good diet, I don't wish it to anyone. The coughing is the worse I've had in years, sucks out all the energy out of you, you are reduced to being a vegetable. Literally couldn't do a thing even knitting, which I love, exhausted me! Still on antibios and luckily they end before most of the parties, but had to miss a few parties this week for which I had prepared Angie's inspired outfits...

Any other preventive solutions welcome!
