OMG I love the skirt! My mind is coming up with so many ways I'd wear that skirt (if I wore skirts). I can see it being a heavy hitter in my wardrobe: dressed up for evening or parties, like you've done.
I also would do it casual-ish with one of my black jackets: a faux leather (coated or waxed or whatever) zip-up blazer, or my textured scuba type fabric moto jacket, or an actual leather jacket like my burgundy one with a mandarin collar... a simple tank, with some edgy accessories... something edgy to contrast the pretty of that skirt, kind of a hard&soft look. I'm also just weird enough that I'd probably toss some combat boots in there, because that's so punk-rock in my mind
