The SW 50/50 boots have given me renewed hope that there could be a pair of Cognac boots for me. I'm looking for something versatile, meaning not too high or too low...not too embellished or style specific (western, rugged, etc)...and not too wide because I hate gaping and am not a big fan of slouching. I've looked a lot online, and I've bought a couple of styles only to return immediately because I realized I was settling. I'm definitely open to suggestions, especially from the slim calf club.
