I own 9 pairs of sandals. I know which ones need to go, but I need help letting go of them.
Here are the ones I should purge:
1&2) Low heeled gold sandals. These are the sandals I wore to my wedding, somewhat the worse for wear. The uppers are pretty enough and they are low heeled but uncomfortable. I keep thinking I'll wear them to other people's weddings but I wore #7 to the last Indian wedding I went to anyway. Are you allowed to throw out your wedding shoes? My mom would yell at me if she knew I had tossed them.
3) Eject sandals. I wore these for a summer or two but the strap just doesn't fit well against my ankle and the front part of the sandal stands away from the foot as well. I thought these would be investment sandals and they were quite comfortable but they just don't look right on me anymore.
4) Naya McClouds. I've only worn these six times. I found out I'm not comfortable in platform wedges because I don't have good contact with the ground. Either I need my toes on the ground or I need two points of contact, ie heel and toe. Again I feel like I'm throwing away money *sigh*
The ones I won't purge:
5) Sofft black cage heels
6) Aerosoles animal print heels
7) Sofft gold heels (4 inches with 1 inch platform)
8) Dance shoes (gear)
9) Replacement metallic sandals (on their way to me)
