I can look at others and figure out a lot about their type, but I look at myself and go, hmmmm. . . .

So, ladies, can you help?

Be sure to admire the SNOWMAN decoration hanging on the wall. No, I don't live where it's winter all year. I just haven't gotten around to taking it down. Oops!

Does it help to have measurements to go along with the pics? If so, let me know, as I already have them.

I have always thought of myself as a pear, but more recently have started to see my type as some kind of pear/hourglass mix.

And what about all the modifiers, like long/short neck, long/short waist, etc.? I really cannot read my own pictures or mirror reflection at all for these things!

I was hoping that Angie would chime in, but I'm sure that she will later. I see a little bit of everything (except apple), but usually when that happens the person is an inverted triangle- so I am going to go with that. You have a lovely figure.

Long-waisted hourglass, I guess. I can see rectangle tendencies too, but I'm not an expert.

Possibly rectangle or rectangle tendencies? Hmm, I'm starting to think I have always been really off base in dressing for my figure. I can't wait to hear what others think.

I'm also 5' 4" (well, 4.25 inches - when I was younger that quarter inch was a big deal to me!) with a 29" inseam. I tend to shop petites for pants and jeans for the shorter inseams, and shop petites in general for better fit with sleeve length, etc. but I don't exclusively look at petite sizes. Would that make me petite or not? I was looking at the body modifier options and trying to figure all those out for me. Short legs yes, small bust yes, but but long or short waisted or long or short neck - not sure.

My shoulder circumference is 35.5", waist is 25.5" and hip circumference is 36 inches. I'd always perceived my shoulders as narrower than my hips but I guess it's not really the case. I told ya, can't figure myself out!
