So I bought these boots for a lot cheaper from Ssense. It was part of my recent foolish shopping bonanza.

I couldn't zip up the left boot at all. I have to pay return shipping to Canada, but at least I'll get most of my money back.
They were pretty though.

Aww, too bad. I'd have liked to see them on. But hey,I like the idea of a shoe math vacation fund. So everything that you get back from retuning things goes toward Australia, or wherever it is you want to go.

Well good lord, it's worth return shipping to get that kind of money back!

The Rag and Bone boots I bought didn't work out - I couldn't get my foot into them at ALL - and I *can't* return them. UGH. I took a seam-ripper to them and am going to put velcro on in the back. Wil post pictures. because for final sale, I am. Wearing. Those. Shoes.

I hear you! All my recent shoe attempts have been the return merry go round. I did find some sandals today while B & M shopping at the local discount store to replace my studded glads that, you guessed it, cut into the tops of my feet. Darn high arches and insteps!

I have a very high instep too, and it's definitely kept me from some expensive boot purchases.

Put this money in your vacation fund. :^) At least you tried them out so that you're not left wondering! Sometimes it's worth trying the thing out, even if you end up paying shipping costs, so that you can get it out of your head and move on.

Those are some cool boots--glad there's a positive side to the fit problem! Another member of the high instep club here! I thought it would save me from a pair of Fryes I tried on a few months ago, but not so. They came home with me--and I'm really getting a lot of wear out of them! But still, I really didn't expect them to fit, when I said to the sales associate, "Oh, sure, I'll try them. Why not?"
