I’m with Rachylou. No one should wear shoes that endanger their well-being. If they’re hard to walk in don’t do it. I’m a CIS gendered woman, attracted to fairly conventional masculinity. I don’t care if I’m taller or if my partner is. The limit on heels I’d like to see my guy in would be maybe those Cuban dance heels. But if your aim is not to attract me, then wear whatever floats your boat.
