hi! I've been reading this site for a few months now and I really like it. I was hoping you could help me figure out what shape I am- I feel like every day I'm convinced that I'm a different shape!!

Hi LSK,
It's quite difficult to tell your body shape by the photos your provided.

For best results, take a photo of yourself, straight on, in tight jeans and a form fitting tee shirt, cami or the like. If you can have someone take the photo for you (or use a camera timer) so your arms are down by your side--that helps too.

I do see why you feel you have a different shape from day to day. In the first photo you look hourglassy, in the second, you look sort of rectangular. Do you have a defined waist? Do you wear the same size on top as on bottom?

I tried to take a better picture, but it was hard to figure out a way to get the camera set up at a good angle/ distance. Hopefully this is better.

I could never really figure out if my waist is defines or not. It might be, but I am also very short-waisted. I do wear the same size on the top and bottom.

You have wonderfully long legs! I'd guess a narrow hourglass from that last photo. The black pants against the black furniture make it hard to see your lower half. Before that I was going to say rectangle. How does your waist measurement compare to your hip measurement?

You look like you have a great figure. I'd kill for such long legs! It looks like so many styles would work for you. Do you have specific problems you encounter or are you just trying to get a basic idea?

so funny to hear that I have long legs. I guess they are in proportion to the rest of me, but I'm only 5'2" so its funny to think they're long.

no real problems, just trying to figure out what the best looks on me are.
