A year ago, I planned to get the first sandals here on our trip to the US. By the time I realized we weren’t going, they were sold out.
This year, I wanted the second pair, but the site was persnickety about the card on a US bank & I’m in the process of getting a new password for the German acct. While I’ve been waiting, they seem to have sold out in my size there & everywhere.
I’m looking for “everyday dressy” sandals that
*are very nearly flat (but hint at a heel)
*are very light-colored
*have an ankle strap
*have delicate straps that aren’t so thin they’ll dig into my flesh
*have some kind of beading or “fancy” detail (but not so much it looks like there’s a salad on my shoes)
*put absolutely nothing between my toes.
*are available in Europe
If you find something like this in a US 9.5/10 (EU 40-42, depending on factors I don’t understand), please lmk right away. Given how slowly my tastes change, I expect I’ll still be interested this fall.
