I started the day with the belt underneath my blazer, but that got constricting so I used Angie's post today as inspiration to move it over the blazer. Surprisingly, this is much more comfortable and doesn't require much adjustment at all! Having it underneath was much fussier. I probably could have gone one notch tighter with the belt but didn't want to sacrifice comfort.
ETA: I am wearing this tunic length J-Crew silk blouse that has clocks instead of polka dots, an Esprit ponte blazer, J crew tweed pants, and Bella vita mod booties.
