Here are the dresses.

First picture is the long one husband says has an old lady print. He likes it better on me, actually, his only comment was it's a bit dressy. I intend to wear it with flats, but I think I'll need a pair of silver or gold one. I only have brown, and I don't like them with this dress.
The second one is the short linen one, worn with shoes bought during yesterday's shopping trip.
Opinions?

I still like both a lot, and think they each have a completely different feel. I vote keep them both and enjoy wearing them. I think the first one can definitely be worn for casual, breezy easy wear.

I like both also. They are very different from each other so you should be able to use them across a wide variety of occasions. I don't see old lady in the print either. It also doesn't look like a dressy print. It appears casual to me.

Two very different by lovely dresses.

I must confess that I prefer #1. It's all dependent on your style goals and how much it's going to get worn.

I like both (the first does not have an old-lady print, IMO), but I think #2 is absolutely stunning on you.

Thanks! I am definitely keeping both, as they fulfill differenti needs. I can see the first one worn for an evening walk, and the second worn with flats to run errands or with heels at work.

I much prefer the second short dress - that's fabulous on you. I find the length and straight hem of #1 a little off. But if YOU love it - keep it and enjoy.

#2 looks good.
#1 doesn't fit you well, IMO, you don't fill the top, it would probably look better on a curvier shape.

I love that 2nd one....it really shows off your great legs. The other will be good too for an evening walk too as you suggested.

I love the second one. I like the first one (and I don't think the print is the least bit old ladyish) but personally I would struggle with that length. I would either like it to be longer (floor sweeping) or shorter (just below the knee). If it were mine I would shorten it. But the print and faux wrap style is very pretty.

You know how you try something on and it's perfect on you? That's how I would describe the second dress. Fits perfectly, the length is great and it's amazing on.

Anna, last night I wore that second dress to go out, with the shoes and added just a set of bangles. I have to admit, I felt fab. So I guess it was a good choice!
