I found this set of Pendleton wool pants at the consignment store recently. They fit in the waist, but they were too short. I had the tailor let out the hem and got an additional two inches. Are they a good length with these shoes? IIRC, they taper from 18 inches at the knee to 17 inches at the ankle. Originally, I bought them because they were a nice quality set of wool pants, and I figured I would wear them at home during the cold weather. On the other hand, if they get YLF approval, I could wear them with more confidence out and about. Are these style of pants dated?
I bought this Halogen sweater to try with another pair of pants, but then realized it might work with these. Thoughts?
I've been uber casual for so long, I appreciate any help. I'd like to have an outfit on hand that I could use for the rare random meetings (school based, medical based, etc).
