Help with body type please.

Hi!
I would love some help figuring out my body type. FYI, I would not normally wear a top this snug, only did for this photo! I think I am an hourglass shape and maybe apple on the side? My chest has gotten larger past 3 years,, and I have tummy "bits"

To my eye I would say racy rectangle, your shouders are fairly in line with your hips straight thru waist. Cute figure!

i agree, either a rectangle or inverted triangle...your shoulders look a little wider than your hips.

I too am looking for what type of cardigans would look best for my shape.
I am 5 ft 3 inches. I think I am short waisted too. I will try post another photo so you can see from side.
Any suggestions?

Hi there, you have a great figure! Even though this site doesn't use bust size in determining figure type, I think that if your goal of dressing is to make yourself look hourglass-y, then you'd want to wear fitted tops to emphasize your bust to waist ratio (which is already hourglass-y) and bottoms that make your hips look curvier...for instance tapered pencil skirts, skinny jeans, or a-line skirts. (keep in mind that I'm not an expert, hope that helps!)

Hi Vina,
I think a cutaway cropped cardi or jacket would be very flattering on you!

I'm not certain of the ponte knit dress but i'd be curious to see it on; I think it would work to give you curves since it is flared, but the high neckline is bound to emphasize your bust....so it's hard to say without seeing it on you.
