Help vote on my wish list again?

I've tried a lot of spring things lately and sent almost everything back - navy/yellow Abercrombie jacket, Frye nude boots, a bikini top, bass floral booties, Report Marks blue booties...

After eliminating the other springy items I've tried so far, this is what's left on my warm weather lust list. None of them are huge "needs" aside from the fact that most of my stuff is wintry and could use more lightness and whimsy.

How would you eliminate? Prioritize? Compromise?

1 - yellow jacket to replace old, sweaty yellow jacket. Pro: I did LOVE my last yellow jacket, aside from the sweat. Con: I do have my red and citron jackets for bright casual wear.

2 - I hadn't seen this color of the Nexx shirt IRL, but now that I have, all I can think is, "yeah, sour green!" Pro: I know I love this blouse and would wear it often. Con: Y'all know I already have two other colors.

3/4 - A DIY on my mind that would be an interpretation of these two pics. Pro: It's another project! And it's inspired by my trip to Italy! Con: I still need to buy a bag to use as a base, and I have a big bag collection.

5 - Another DIY on my mind that would be an *emerald* version of this blue bag pictured. Pro: I already have a bag to use for this one. Con: This would take many bottles of different dyes, and I'm not even sure it would turn out right.

Is the yellow jacket like a raincoat? I can't quite tell from the pic. Love the sour green shirt (is that MaryK in that picture?). LOVE the idea of the DIY bag in numbers 3 /4. I have done this kind of thing myself, and i think u should just go fr it. Not sure about dying the last bag. If you're willing to let the bag be a loss if u don't like the color of the dye, then go for it.

Ah, Jilly, thanks. I forgot to say that the yellow coat is cotton. It would be for summer mornings and raging A/C.

I think the yellow jacket and the green blouse would be fab on you. The greens work well for you and the Nexx shirt you have is a winner in all ways.

What is the second color Nexx blouse you have? Is it cruise and orange? This is a beautiful color but seems fairly close to cruise - what about a neutral?

Both DIYs seem doable - I would categorize that differently than shopping.

The yellow jacket: how often did you wear the one you're trying to replace? I don't remember ever seeing it before.

Una, yes, I have cruise. MM, I can see what you mean about it being similar to the turf. I think the only neutral is white, and I have my white BB shirt. I guess I might be trying too hard to find an excuse to get *any* more colors of the Nexx.

Also adding pic of old yellow jacket - although I loved it I hardly wore it because it did not breathe at ALL.

Rae, I'm only saying they are similar because you asked us to prioritize. Otherwise, I'd say to get every color! Also, have you consided the Nexx shirt in yellow, to satisfy your craving for the yellow jacket? Or is that too much like citron?

I hear you for sure. Possibly this means that the Nexx shirt is not a priority. Hm, I do have a pale yellow shirt - it doesn't button up to wear like a jacket, but possibly could still fill the role of a summer top layer... maybe this means neither one qualifies as a priority?

I think you should hold out for the perfect yellow. Something that is more versatile and could work for office and casual like a bright citron or yellow blazer? That jacket is reading "fireman" or possibly "fisherman" in my mind. Sorry about the bluntness of the observation but I think you are more fab that.
Nexx blouse - hold out for Fall colors?
Pick one of the DIY and go for it.

I am not loving #1. I say hold out for something as cute as the old one.

Also, you MUST do the project described in 3/4. MUST!!!

Brutal honesty? #1 reminds me immediately of the Gorton's fisherman. sorry I think you should get/do all the rest and wait for that perfect yellow jacket to find you (or dye one!)
