the back view is similar to how angie's chino's looked. and you could certainly style these similar to how she did in her post from earlier this week. i would also look at how others have styled their cream BR jeans

Super jeans! I would belt and semi or faux tuck, just as you are doing. I don't think this is the right footwear, exactly. I would wear booties myself with full length BF jeans, but then I live in a colder place and i know you now have footwear issues. They are fun with "sassy sneakers" , if you have a pair.

Love those jeans! I think they fit you perfectly, that color is fabulous and will be great for spring/summer too, and I love them with the faux/semi-tuck! I'm in the same quandary regarding seasonal footwear, so I'm looking forward to reading the suggestions of all of the stylish people on this forum!

I think they look terrific, too!! And can I say I'm glad to see someone else find something to love about VS clothing (other than bras and sleepwear and such). I noticed folks on YLF were disappointed in the quality of much VS stock in posts from a few years back -- after I had shopped there last month, natch!

I am guessing their quality control may have kicked in, or I've just chosen well ;-). I got some Sport line things that are great, a pair of leggings (well, the leggings got good reviews in the past), an some velour I am adoring wearing lately.

Carter, funny about getting in trouble after hours. Me too!

I think your jeans look neutral, but my monitor might not be being truthful tonight. You probably could play them pastel OR neutral, depending on what you pair them up with! Great buy!

I think you got it right. I always belt and semi tuck mine. I might cuff them with those shoes for some sass or try the footwear suggestions from Suz. I think they could be neutral or paste.

The jeans are a great find. I belt and semi tuck with this style because I need the belt to hold the jeans up and want the structure that the tuck creates. A modern sweatshirt works well.

Jeans look terrific! Semi-tuck with booties or sneakers is a great suggestion.

I have some that are similar (I think they are Kut Slim BFs). I have been wearing them with tops that have a bit of flow to them (either tees or woven with a bit of room) and half tucked. I have some sort of cropped roomy open neck sweatshirty things that I like with them too--those I just let hang over belted jeans (tee half tucked underneath). I love them with Converse and today I wore them with TOMS flats. Something super casual. I wore them with taupe suede wedge desert booties and didn't like that at all.

Thanks, Linda. I would order from VS again based on these, but I've come to expect varying degrees of quality (or lack thereof) from pretty much everyone. I always love to find a new retail option, so until I've been disappointed more than once, they stay on my list.

Thanks, Joy. I need the belt too, so I'm glad they're usually worn with belts. I'm not sure what a modern sweatshirt is, but I'm guessing it's not gray, over-sized and sporting a school name like the ones in my closet. I'll have to investigate.
