help reassure me... petites and boyfriend sweaters?

We can wear those, right? I'm 5'1". I've read on this site that they work as long as they aren't too long... but what's "too long" mean? I'm gearing up to order two V-neck fine-gauge boy friend sweaters. I can't tell from the model how long it would be on me since she's tall and probably wearing a regular size.

And since I'm in between sizes, should I size up or down? I'm working on the last 7 lbs to lose so in theory I'll get a bit smaller. LOL

I think that I remember Angie saying low hip was a good length for petites, but don't take that to the bank. I find that I like to size up on longer sweaters so that they don't cling to my bottom half.

Yes, petites can wear them. I like them to go just past by bottom. I think Angie prefers a looser fit. My favorite is the Halogen BF cardigan. The regular length was way too long for 5'3" me--petites is the way to go.

I hope they work! If they get too big, I figure I can shrink them in the dryer like I've had to do with my other sweaters.
