I hadn't thought of Folex, but that stuff is a miracle worker.

I am so sorry.
Ink is the worst. My husband insists on carrying a pen in his pocket at all times. I got so tired of all his ruined pants and washing things with ink that he now puts his pens in plastic bags before he puts them in his pocket- very sweet of him, we laugh about it all the time.
Last thought- turpentine or paint thinner? if it is already ruined , maybe worth a try.
Can you get a new jacket?

Angie, this is so upsetting and once you try something, you've drawn a line in the sand so to speak. Is this the yellow/citron jacket you wore to the Seattle swap recently or a different one?

Linda Cobb, the Queen of Clean, will respond right away (she's on Facebook, too, and answered me that way on something). Here's her website with stain and spot removal on the right:

Zap is correct about milk. Once when I got cherry stains (any berry) on a cotton shirt, my grandmother dipped the section into a bowl of milk and the stain came out. I know this isn't your issue here, but there may be a safe home remedy out there. Yes, you're a pristine person and it has to feel right. Commiserating with you!
