I've been on a bit of a shopping trip lately, I think it's my source of destressing. Anyways, if you want, you can use the CRS as I need to start being a little more discriminating in my purchases and will only keep things rated 8 and above. Here is the whole album with password

There are a few things in here that I already own, i just paired with for outfits. For those I'll put a DNR for 'Do Not Rate'.

I did not purchase these jeans but wanted your opinion on them anyways. They're Joe's Muse. I did roll my shirt up so you can see how it hits on the hips.

Gap ruffle shirt and Gap black jean skirt... I saw Taffy's picture of this shirt yesterday. I was excited when I saw how good it looked on her, as I had ordered it. This skirt is really comfy but it does stretch a little.

Banana Cowl Sweater (DNR), Banana Black/White checked pants. I'm always unsure about pants and how they make my hips look. I tend to buy them but then get self-conscious when I wear them and then hardly wear them. What do you think of these?

Gap sweater and Banana jeans again (DNR). I really liked this sweater on the model but on me I'm not sure. Thoughts? Maybe I'm wearing it wrong?

Express jacket and bootcut jeans. I know you probably recognize the jacket. I couldn't pass it up -- but two questions, does it look too snug? It didn't feel snug, but the button pulled a little. They didn't have a bigger size. Also, are the sleeves too long? If its a keeper, and they are too long, where should I hem them too?

Express gray sweater and same bootcut jeans as in #6. The tags are sitting on my hip so that's why it looks a little big. But this sweater is so soft!

Express lace top, and Express skinny jeans. For some reason I felt pretty fab when I put this outfit on. I think I would probably put a black cami under the lace top instead but the cream was all I had on hand. I'm still a little unsure about the skinnies but they actually fit good, I think. But I need more opinions to help! I'd probably wear different shoes with them.

Thanks for all your help! Please don't mind the hair, it got worse as I took more things on/off.

I may be running out of steam and ready for bed, but here you go:

1) I think nearly ALL looks great on you. Fabulous purchases. I'm not super-comfy with the nuances of the CRS system, but fit-wise, I'd rate all easily above an 8 - except possibly the BR slacks.

I'm not sure what it is off about the fit of those.... but it's certainly not your hips. You have a gorgeous figure. It may be the rise is too long or you need to go down a size or you just need a bit of tailoring.

2) The grey cord skirt - fit is excellent but it's just not my favorite. I think that just may be me and my own personal preferences. Does it come in any other colors?

3) Gap tops - wow! I need to get back into the Gap! Cute stuff! Love the ruffle blouse and that sweater is awesome. Did it come with the sash? KEEP!

4) Express jacket - perfect 10 for me. Or KILLER, as we tend to say around here.

5) BR purple top - I like... I like the color and the pattern and it has layering potential.... it may be a tad short (skirt length?) but wow... great hourglass silouhette it gives you!

6) Express cardi - quite interesting! Very different. love the ruffles.

7) Skinnies with lace top - yes, you look fab! Go for it! How about red 4-inch heels?

Hi Lori! I know how much work it is to try on all those clothes and then organize them in photobucket! Job well dnoe. Here're my opinions:

1. Joe Muse jeans---they look too big.

2. Ruffle blouse and black skirt---looks lovely! Whole outfit a 9.

3. BR check pants--i think they fit your hips fine. I rate them a 8.5 because they may be a little loose in the crotch.

4. AT grey skirt--I like this a lot...I'm a fan of straight skirts. I give it a 9.

5. BR shirt--LOVE this... makes you very hourglassy...a strong 10

6. Striped sweater---is the belt attached? I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'm not a big fan of horizontal stripes in general. So I'm going to refrain from rating.

7. Express bootcuts and jacket...love both...10's

8. Grey sweater...I think I'm being thrown off by the white cardi across your hips. I like this sweater, I'd like to see it with a skirt sans cardi peeking out on the bottom. Sweater=9

9. skinnies and lace top. I like the skinnies, but I think they need a longer top. I'm not sure I like the high neckline of the lace top. I give the skinnies a 8.5 and the top a 7.

Hi Lori -

1) Joe's jeans - I'm not sure about the fit -- hopefully others will have a better eye. I do think that you would need to let them out for PPL.

2) I like the blue ruffled shirt and the black skirt - 9

3) LOVE the BR cowl neck top - 10; not sure about the pants

4) The purple cowl and the gray skirt are okay but not great, in my opinion - 7

5) Really like the BR top - 10

6) I'm ambivalent about the horizontal stripes - 7

7) The Express jacket looks great - 9

8) I like the style of the gray sweater but the color doesn't seem the best for your complexion -- in another color it has the potential to be a 9

9) I think the skinnies look great - 10; I also like the lace sweater - 9

OK, here are my thoughts (first I'll just say whew, there are a lot of people working on pictures out there in YLF land tonight):

1. Don't really like these...they look a little off...too big, maybe?

2. The ruffle blouse is great! I wish it looked half as good on me as it does on you...10. Skirt is very nice too and hits you at a great spot...9

3. The pants are fine...nothing spectacular but nothing terrible...7.5

4. I like the shape of the skirt. The gray is a little bland but I think you can punch it up a little...8.5

5. This top is wonderful...10+ You look great!!!

6. Maybe try it without the belt/sash? I don't know, but as it looks now, I'd pass.

7. The express jeans are great and the jacket looks nice on you...9s for both.

8. I like this sweater. The ruffles are very nice...9

9. The skinnies look great on you, but I would stick to a longer top over them...9. The lace top is nice too, I just don't like the two together. Try this top with the express bootcuts and the black cami, maybe? Top is an 8.

ok, i'm going to respond w/o reading any other comments...

1. not my favorite. the make your legs look shorter/wider than they actually are. they look too big.

2. love both items! you and taffy are making me want to get that shirt now! the skirt is fabulous, as well. i almost bought it, myself, the other day, but the right color and size didn't quite match up.

3. even though you don't want any ratings on it, i think the shirt is great! very flattering! i dont think the pants are bad at all. maybe try ironing them and see how they lay?

4. skirt looks great!

5. love love love the top!

6. i think it looks really cute. maybe try with a longer belt that you could tie in a bow? would look super cute and preppy.

7. i like it if it feels comfortable, keep it.

8. seems ok, but it seems a little snug. would work better with a voluminous skirt or perhaps that gray skirt.

9. love the skinnies, though i don't love them w/ those shoes. i think the top would be fine w/o the excess white cami fabric at the bottom.

Looks like you had a very successful shopping spree. The Joe's Muse looked too big for you.
Outfit 2 with the Gap ruffle shirt is 10!
The sweater in #6 is very cute. I think it would be adorable with a skirt. I hope you keep it because it goes with your happy smile.
You have KILLER legs and should show them off often.
I liked everything except the Joe's Muse jeans and only because they were to big.
Great purchases, fun wardrobe.

Hi Lori! Thanks for posting. You made some great purchases. I'm not totally comfortable using CRS, but here is some my feedback:

1. I like the color of the jeans, but I think they may be a bit too big.

2. Love the skirt and shirt! Great outfit!

3. I think the pants look great. From the picture, the check pattern is not too big. I think those are a good choice!

4. I like the fit of the skirt, but I'm not a huge fan of corduroy.

5. Love the shirt! Great color and fit.

6. I like the style of the sweater and it looks super comfortable, but I don't think the colors are best for your skin tone.

7. I love the look of the jacket, but I think it may be a bit short.

8. Love the sweater. I think you could layer it with some different color cami's underneath for some variety.

9. Love the lace top. I think it would look great with a black cami underneath it. I think the skinnies look good with the jeans, but I agree that different shoes would work better with them.

I forgot to mention that I tucked the Joe's jeans under, as they were really really long. I don't know if I can go down a size as they were a little snug in the hip area already. Maybe I'll have to try a different style.

For the BR, now that I look at them again, I think you're right about the rise in these. I did try a smaller size, but again, too tight in the hips. These fit good in the hips and didn't gap, but maybe they're falling too low...

AT grey cord skirt -- I don't remember if they had any other colors. It was at the outlet store, so the selection wasn't too good. I think when I wear it, I'd wear it with knee-high black boots. Would that look better?

GAP brown/orange cardigan -- It does come with the sash which I think is cute but I'm still debating about the stripes on me. Hm.

I also forgot to mention that all the Express shots are in the dressing room, so I would probably pair them with different items at home. Definitely the skinny jeans with different shoes. Shiny, I have a pair of pointy toe patent red heels that I thought about throwing on with them. So we're on the same wavelength! Also, check out Gaps stuff - they've been doing a good job in the petite department lately. I've recently added it to my to go place online to browse. It's hit or miss and I've never been successful with their pants but def shirts.
