Help me to select a holiday look!

My first holiday season on YLF I wore my black sheath or black skinnies with pearls and leather jacket (see pic 1 - 1st and 2nd picture on the left)
My second holiday season I decided to wear basically the same looks but with a different leather jacket and different accessories (pic 1 - 3rd and 4th pictures)
This year I want something very different but here is the catch - I don't want to buy anything new just for this look. Can I pull it off with things I already have?
I have 2 parties to attend. One is company dinner in January and another is New Year dinner / dance party. None of them has a strict dress code but I want to look festive, stylish and modern.
I want to build one of the looks around my midi skirt (hear, hear Angie!) It is quite festive - silvery threads through black silk-like fabric which together give appearance of charcoal grey and there is also a lace band on the bottom trimmed with a narrow velvet ribbon. I pulled out all tops which can play with this skirt in some dressy way and here is the result. I have my preferences but please tell me what you think I should go with!
I want to use this patent black and white clutch and either red or leopard print shoes. I will wear either nude or sheer patterned hose with this skirt.

What do you think? Any of those will do for one of my events? Any other suggestions?
Please excuse no makeup and bad hair If I do not wear pearls I will add some statement earrings.

For me, the hands down winner is #5 with the pearls (the first option in that series).

I also love #5 with the pearls. I'd like to see #4 with plain dark hose & black shoes as I love the pattern mix but imo it is too much with the shoes.

Also like #6 for a more fun, less formal vibe. The proportions are brilliant.

Something about #4 is saying more daytime than night to me, though, and I can't tell why...

I vote for the first outfit in slide #5, a la Angie! It's perfection. And the pearls are the icing on the cake! Have a wonderful time, people will think you went out and bought this outfit just for the party I'm sure!

Six by a mile! the stripes on both the shirt and the bag are so dramatic, yet classically elegant.
PS as a variation, you could also wear the collar open and add the pearls.

My order of preferences (can I say I LOVE that skirt so it's a tough choice)
5-1 with leopard shoes perhaps
6 as is
3-1 but with a different topper (the white one in 4-3?)

6 is my favourite. Graphic, unexpected, fashion forward, great use of this lovely skirt. I like the contrast of the lace and blocking stripes.

I also like 4. Also unexpected, fun, cute and sexy when worn without a jacket. Both jackets work, depending on you mood on the moment. The brown one gives it a more understated, Euro feel, whereas the white one responds nicely to the clutch.

Finally, my third choice is 5 with everything tucked as in 1-2. White-Christmas-y, stunning silhouette, more conventional but so refined.

Red shoes are better than the gold with these outfits. They add a little tang that is festive.

I do notice that in the previous years, you liked to sport a statement piece jewellery, whereas this year all your pics are devoid of jewellery (except first one in 5). Is it intentional? Is it a new direction? I actually like the crisp look it creates, especially with the clutch (your new statement piece, maybe).

#6 for sure. I was clicking along, going "sure, maybe, that's pretty" and then BAM, I love the striped blouse, and the shoes are perfect.

I would have beeen expecting you to come up with a trouser look this year, but the first on nr 5 is the way to go, if skirted!!! That is spectacular! Your clutch is fab, too! All beautiful items and good pairings, but this is my fave!

My first choice is also #5 with the pearls but I also like the polka dot shirt and the tucked out shirt in 5. Tough choice!

I like #1 from 1-open jacket with the pretty pearls, #2, #1 from 3- the tucked in blouse without the jacket and #1 from 5- the partly unbuttoned shirt tucked in with the pearls showing. Of all these looks, the most appropriate holiday party wear in my opinion would be the #1 from the 3rd photo- the silk blouse tucked into your skirt but with the pearls?

It looks that #5-1 is absolute winner here with #6 running second.
It is also interesting that nobody liked #2 with untucked gold lurex sweater - except of Angie. Can it be THAT fashion forward?:-) I like it for a more casual holiday look but my only reservation is that the sweater is brown with gold lurex and the skirt is charcoal with silver thread - do they go together?
Krish, this is a good observation about a jewelery. I thought of wearing earrings in other cases but I am not sure yet. I do think I prefer more minimal look now.

Thanks to you I have narrowed it down to #5 or 6 and #2 for a more casual setting...the jury is still out on this one!:-)
