I received a DSW gift card for my birthday from a friend so i'm trying to decide on some new boots. I literally took out of my existing boots (I currently keep my shoes in their boxes at the bottom of my tiny closet until my walk in is finished) and lined them all up in an attempt to find boot loopholes.

I made a fashion resolution to try to stop buying so many black boots and i will be ordering some brown boots this month but they don't sell the ones i want on DSW so...

Option 1 Reasoning: I have one pair of ankle boots and they are faux suede. I like that these are (faux)leather instead. I feel like they could take me into spring, summer until it gets deathly hot, and fall again. The wedge keeps it kinda casual even though they are a higher heel. The menswear detailing will be fun to mix with girly dresses and skirts too.

Option 2 Reasoning: On the fence with these. I think they are super cute and i don't have any short moto boots BUT i do have some short-er combat boots as well as those short gold buckle Dolce Vita for Target boots already.

Option 3 Reasoning: I have one pair of higher black boots with a heel on them and they are suede. Would be nice, again to have some non suede boots. I like how the heel is stacked so again, to my eye, looks day appropriate. I see these looking cute on days i throw on some jeans and a cute top. If the calf circumfernce measures 15" what would i want my calf to measure at? Taking into account i would pull them on over jeans...

Did you read all that? Sorry it was so long! I'm just trying really hard lately to make good, long lasting choices for my closet.
