Trying to figure out which boots/booties to take to Europe to wear with the Fuzzi dress (and perhaps with another dressy outfit?). I’m trying to pack the most versatile options, but realize that the dressier you get, the less versatile the items will be.
I don’t have black pumps anymore, so unless I go shoe shopping, it’s black booties, black booties, or black tall boots. I ruled out a couple other booties because I didn’t love how they looked with this dress. The hosiery I’m packing is a little more sheer than what you see in these pics — I just didn’t feel like putting on Spanx right now.
1-2 Topshop booties with reddish block heels — need a good polish but comfortable and the most versatile — can also wear for a day that’s not too walking intensive.
3-4 Fluevog booties - not really comfortable enough for day wear, so less versatile
5-6 Stuart Weitzman tall boots - comfortable and I can squeeze them over skinnies for day wear if I want to, so a bit more versatile. The most comfortable of the three due to the low heel.
7 a miniaudiere I got at the Charming Charlie’s sale for $10 Works great with the dress!
