Has anyone seen one?! I *really* really want one. Must be knee length, black and white, must be available in straight size 16 (or maybe 14... that will fit eventually hopefully), and it must be affordable... those are my only requirements . I'd prefer NON plus size options because I have no curves (many plus size skirts are designed for large hips and booties...)

I might be willing to entertain non pencil skirt options, although I think pencils are the most flattering on me. I just really want a polka dot skirt!
