Help me find a necklace?

My favorite Nordstrom stylist showed me this, which I love, but I am afraid having to constantly shift it around to keep it "just so" on my neck might drive me crazy. Wondering if I should try to find something similar that would not need such constant shifting?

I do like the size of the circle though, and others I find seem too big or too small

I'm looking for something in silver!

It's really pretty. It shouldn't move around on you if it's heavy enough.

I have necklaces like that--which don't slide on the chain but are stationary--and I had the same fear about them. They are fine to wear, though, and don't bug me after all. I'd give it a try!

I have had a necklace like this for years and I live it. It doesn't move around and I wear it quite often. I hope you try it.

The issue really goes back to physics and the center of gravity. If the clasp is heavy and the pendant light, when you turn your head, the necklace will rotate and you will then have to adjust the clasp and pendant to be in the proper location. It's annoying, I know. With these light dainty necklaces that precious metal..you don't want to loose them so they put a secure lobster claw clasp...albeit a small one but still heavier than the dainty pendant....result...rotation! I'm not sure of the solution. Hope others have some insight.

Like Lisa, I think that if it has some weight to it it won't shift around!

This necklace is beautiful. I noticed a very stylish lady in a restaurant wearing this (or similar) yesterday, and it sat perfectly. I thought that I'd love to find one, so thank you for doing all the hard work!

I'm really glad others found this useful, lol! At least I accomplished several things It really is a pretty piece for such a good price! There is another one I noticed that's similar and even cheaper (on sale) but I've not seen this one in person. Might help for anyone looking for something like this though!

I went to Nordstrom and bought the original necklace, plus a few others. I'm not sure that I'll keep them all. I will have to try them out when I put on a particular outfit (thankful for Nordstrom's easy return policy).

I've never been one for a lot of necklaces. I tend to wear the same simple one all the time, so buying a few costume pieces is new to me. I'm also curious about layering pieces. I love how it looks on others, but then I try it and it often feels wrong on me. I'm just such a "simple" jewelry person. These are the items I bought, all in silver:

On sale, and I actually really liked this. With the extender, it can be lengthened and shortened. A nice bit of sparkle:
