Help me decide which pleated skirt look to wear tomorrow.

I bought the silver pleated skirt Angie said yes to, and here are some styling options. I am quite keen to wear one to work for casual Friday tomorrow.
What would you vote for? If any!
DH is not a fan of 4 as he says it's unflattering around the hips when the waistband is showing.

1 is so fab... the shoes! The red! The 3/4 sleeve! I don't love 2 and 3 for work... the former is too fancy and in the latter, I find the shirt too lax for the skirt. I don't mind 4... maybe some sort of belt would help soften the transition between top and bottom? Ah, husbands... what do they know?

I like 1 and 2! I think 1is probably more traditionally work appropriate although 2 is my favorite as an outfit.

I'd have to wear a topper as well, at least for the sleeveless options. Probably my black moto jacket, which I can't seem to easily dredge up a picture for.

I like 4 and 2, but is the top in 2 a bit large? My eye is drawn the the looks with less contrast, so the skirt really stands out.

My fave is no 2 with no 4 as a runner up. I like the tucked top - it creates yet another silhouette which is very nice on you.

Your casual Fridays seem to be very elegant. #2 is my favourite--but that would be for a party. If you really mean casual, I vote #3.

I like #1 best. I think the proportions are the best, and I also like how the red cardi ties in with the leopard shoes.

I was going to say that, while I like 2, it looks very dressy. The jacket helps. 3 looks confused...casual .ooking top with dressy skirt. I think 4 would look better if the neckline were a jewel neckline or a V. Did you ride your bike in this skirt?

Thanks for you feedback everyone. I got some compliments at work today, on the skirt and the shoes, and even the jacket with my sunnies!

Kathie - yes the lace top is a bit too big. It was handed down and is at least a size bigger than I'd normally wear. It annoys me that it folds around the neckline. I could probably take it in a bit.

Joy - no I didn't ride to work in the skirt, nor would I ! I change completely and shower when I ride and I didn't today anyway. It's getting too dark here and 2+ hours a day cycling is rather tiring. I may manage a few more times before winter if I can find my bike light.

I'll see if I can incorporate suggestions to wear with a belt, and untuck top 4 (which I'd be more comfortable with myself too - I only tucked it because I thought the vertical proportions were better) into future outfits.

I'm kind of surprised lots of you saw the skirt as dressy - I was kind of imagining it with a denim jacket (no that I own one) and sneakers, that kids of casual outfit.

Casual fri at work isn't all that casual. The most typical outfit is heel (sandals or booties) jeans, woven top and a moto jacket. I saw 2 people with that exact combination just in my lift up this morning!

I love 1 & 2 ... 1 might be the best choice for work, but 2 is ethereally (is this a word??) beautiful and you must find an excuse to wear it sometime too!
