As I have mentioned earlier when I joined the SYC challenge, the only exception will be one item for my b-day and I have decided to make it something I actually need, which is a transitioning piece of footwear. I am pretty well covered when it comes to both knee-high boots and low vamp shoes ( ballet flats, wedges), but the in-between shoes - oxfords, booties, ankle boots are one area where I could improve. All I have in that group can be seen in the photo below : a pair of taupe Frye ankle boots, a pair of heeled grey oxfords and a pair of black patent booties.

So this is what I am considering:

Whatever I decide to get, i would like the shoes to work really well with my new olive skinny cargos, since I am not sure I have the right shoes right now for them.
