After many years with my current frames, I'm in the mood for new ones. I'm looking for something bigger than my current frames. But I also can't go too big because my prescription is so strong that glasses get heavy when they're too big. And they also look ever more Coke bottle-y -- and do more of that thing where you see the borders of my face through the lenses (look at the pic of my current pair) -- the wider and bigger they get.

I've narrowed my choices down to two. Pics 1-3 (amethyst/turquoise) are of Glasses #1. Pics 4-7 (dark tortoise/orange) are of Glasses #2. Pic 8 is my current pair.

I'm leaning in favor of one of them already but am open and eager to hear your thoughts as well. For Glasses #2 (which is bigger than Glasses #1), is the orange on the arms too warm for my complexion? I'm a Deep Winter who can also wear Deep Autumn colors -- so I can and do wear both cool and some warm colors. And yes, the color of Glasses #1 is almost identical to my current pair.

Or should I keep looking?
