Help me accessorize this dress

I am thinking about wearing this dress to my bridal shower brunch next Sunday: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/ol.....enumsearch

The dress fits me really well, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to accessorize it. I like to wear necklaces, but the keyhole neckline is throwing me off. What kind of jewelry would you wear with this dress? Maybe just earrings?

Hi,

I think you can wear a short necklace that falls above the neckline of the dress. If you wear a necklace, small earrings. If not, you could go larger. My question is: Navy and black to a summer brunch? It's a very nice dress and on trend in a number of ways, but I would go for something brighter and more cheery.

What about metallic shoes or a handbag? Or you could carry a lighter neutral purse or a bold bright purse.

I would go for earrings and a bracelet: this neckline may look too busy with a necklace and it already provides enough interest on its own.
Another option is a lightweight scarf if that day is not too hot. This way you can add lighter and/or brighter colors and add a patten mix!

I don't think I'd wear a necklace with this dress - the neckline itself is sort of the accessory there. I would add some pretty drop earrings and a cuff of some sort.

Do you have a white bag? That, straw or nude accessories are another idea. I vote for long earrings and some bracelets.

Ideas:

I usually wear no necklace and bold earrings, a short small pendant, or a large, long pendant necklace.

Oh Kari -- super inspiration! I really like the dress with a belt... although I don't wear belts! Hmm.

I think I am leaning toward no necklace, unless I find something *just* right. I'll probably wear bold earrings. I don't see anything wrong with the darker colors of this dress for a summer brunch.

Angie, I bought these shoes for the wedding, but in a size smaller than I usually wear (they aren't made bigger)... and of course they're too small, but I'm hoping to just make it work. I can't find anything else in my size that would be appropriate.

Beautiful dress and I as going to suggest you look at how Kari styles hers but I see she has posted already for you. It's a stunning dress and I think it would be most suitable for the a brunch.

Angie's suggestion sounds wonderful.

Will you style and post a pic for us. I think the coloring of this dress will look gorgeous on you.

This dress will be awesome! How exciting! I vote for bold earrings too--sounds perfect.

I hope the shoes work out! They are certainly lovely. I think that length can be stretched a teeny bit (though I'm not sure when the material is not leather--may not be much "give" in the satin).

I like Angie's idea of citron shoes and necklace. If you don't want to do a necklace, how about a fun bracelet/bangle?

Are you sure you want to risk wrong size shoes on your wedding day? There isn't a runner up style in your size? I remember you posted before about wedding shoes, do you want to send out an emergency YLF signal to look for another style?
