Help! Knee-high boots for petites?

I'm failing to find knee high boots for my 5'1" self with muscular calves. I've decided I need a 14.5" shaft and a 14.5"-15" calf circumference. Have any of you other petite YLFer's found suitable knee-high boots? I'm looking for a lower heel, and at this point, I'd take brown or black - anything! I'm desperate!

Have you tried the Zappos search features where you can input both the circumference and the shaft height you want?

I'm 5'3" and have the Veronica Slouch boots and love them. They're a little shorter than the 14.5" shaft height (I think they are 13.5") but they work really well for me:

Thanks, ladies. I didn't realize I could search by shaft height AND circumference in zappos - gotta love that. I'll give it a try. Cciele - I've been wondering about those Veronica slouch boots. Maybe it's time for a splurge...Good to hear they work well for you.
