I love this skirt, originally wanted to wear it with this sequined sweater. Not sure...I alsonhave a soft white shirt to wear under the sweater, which is my first choice, but it's in the wash at the moment. I plan to wear black hosiery (not sure about sheer or opaque?) and patent pointed toe booties. I'll probably carry a black bag but plan not to carry it around with me because I dont have a formal black bag that matches well. I have a gold clutch but it's a soft gold with a big leather ruffle and I dont think that would go either. I'll wear gold and black eye makeup and a red lip. Pic 3 has the mask I got to wear.
Thoughts? Preferences? Ideas? I have about 2 hours....
ETA, wildcard, black Cheshire cat tee and tuxedo jacket? Black and gold scarf with all black top? All black top no scarf? If I had a shorter black sweater this would be a slam dunk.
Got a photo at the end of the night, lipstick almost gone, mask off. I wore the white shirt under it. Kind of a mash up look. People were dressed up very fancy for the most part which was a pleasant surprise! This had a slightly masculine vibe which I liked, although admittedly alongside some of the slinkier cocktail dresses I felt a little off. But, it was a work function, so I was ok with being on the less bombshell end of the spectrum.
