Hey there everyone!

I have a question that is probably pretty dumb and I cannot find a straight answer on the web so I am hoping someone here knows. Okay, if a description of a pair of shoes states that it has a heel height of 2 3/4" with a platform height of 1 1/4", does this particular shoe have a 4" heel or does the heel height already take the platform height into account therefore making it only a 2 3/4" heel??? Thanks in advance!
