Heattech order has arrived!

The order I made of the Heattech t-shirts has arrived! Of course, with the help of Londonkiwi, because the UK site only deliver to UK and the Us site only deliver to US.
I ordered the M of scoop neck t-shirt in black and white and the polo neck in blue, red, deep purple and brown.

The material is so soft and the colors are lovely, the red is more like a deep pink, but I still like it and it's a lovy color for me. The scoop neck is 3/4 sleeve, but as I'm petite fits me perfectly. The polo neck has long sleeves (not too long), if you have long arms i suspect it may not be be enough.

Today I put it to the test:

and that's true.. I felt warm and ultra comfy! Let's see what happens when the temperature drops even more.

Well .. I know the turttle neck is not the best one for me, but I always feel so cold on the neck..

Rute, I assume you mean turtlenecks aren't great for you because of your bust, but I think the jacket makes it work perfectly. The necklace also helps to make a "v" shape. It looks great!

I have also been interested in breaking the rules and wearing turtlenecks. Since I get cold easily I might try these out too. It's not fair that small-busted women have exclusive rights to being warm! I'll definitely be using this outfit for inspiration.

Yes! What Maya said about the V of the jacket and the necklace. You look delicious. You also have quite a long neck and the polo neck is thin and dainty :0)

Rute, you look incredible in your turtleneck with the jacket and necklace!

Just a thought since you and Maya are discussing this topic - Imogen also mentioned a strategy for wearing high necklines when you have a large bust that worked well on her. I haven't tried her strategy yet, but if your neck tends to get chilly in the winter, maybe it's a tip you'd want to try too.

I have read that post by Imogen and it does work nicely on her. I'm less inclined to use it on myself as muted and pastel colors don't look good near my face. I find as long as the top layer has a low neckline and I pair it with a large scale necklace, I can get away with a higher neckline. A lot of my YesStyle goodies had higher necklines and it wasn't as disastrous as I thought, even without layering.

Maya there are lots of ways of breaking the rules! And I'm glad I did well! You are right it's not fair! Another great way is to add to a higher neckline a long scarf, it creates an horizontal line, it distracts and it's fun!
