Congratulations for getting through the conference without having a dietary disaster!!
I had a tough week and gave myself permission to eat some junky stuff to help get through it. Maybe not the best coping mechanism, but it kinda worked and I am committed to cleaning up my act in the week ahead.
I did do okay with exercise, although not quite as well as usual: Three boot camps, one tap class, and only one session with Trainer Dave due to my schedule being a little messed up.
Plans for the week ahead: Three boot camps, two trainer sessions. (No tap because our teacher is on vacation.) Eat better.
