Hi everyone. How has your week been?

I wasn't able to keep up with the video this week because I kept having pain in my hips. I think I should maybe try to wear shoes when I do it. Other than that, my goal is to keep up with my walking, yoga and try to meditate daily. I found out recently that I can't afford the botox :(, but my doc is super cool and suggested that we try trigger point injections. Oh my goodness! What a difference that has made. I still have the daily headaches, but they aren't as severe and aren't lasting for as long. It's strange not constantly having a headache. I love it, don't get me wrong, but I think I had forgotten what it felt like to have almost no pain.
