Hi everyone! How was your week?

I'm happy to say that my headaches have gotten much, much better over the past few weeks. Yay!

I didn't quite make my goals of walking and workout video because I've been extremely tired this whole week. I'm not sure if it's my body getting use to not being so stressed or getting sick, but hopefully next week will be better. I'm also going to try to mediate for 10 minutes every day.
