Hi everyone. How was your week?
I got more walking in, but not as much as I had hoped. This week (and the last) were crazy between trying to finish some research and arranging to take time off for my stupid migraines. I'm still working on the details of the botox. My goals are to walk for 30 mins every day and do yoga daily. Hopefully now I'll have time.
