Hi everyone. How was your week?
I think the big thing I need to watch out for this week is candy at work. We started keeping a candy bag at the office and it's very tempting to grab a piece every time I walk by. The good news it now I recognize the problem, so fixing it shouldn't be too bad (I hope).
My goals for this week are to keep up with my walking, yoga and mediation. I'd like to find a new exercise video. Does anyone have youtube suggestions?
