I am pleased to report that I actually went to boot camp class at the gym at 7:30 on Thanksgiving morning! Yay, me! They were closed on Friday but I did go back on Saturday for a total of 5 workouts last week. I'll take it.
We hosted Thanksgiving and had a few days of indulgence, but the leftovers have been eaten or tossed and I am back on track. My weight is up a tad but I am hopeful it's mostly just bloat.
This is the last week before we go on our big trip, so I am determined to work out every day! I think I will add an extra trainer session to send myself off on a high note!

Saturday: Boot camp
I am also going to stick very closely to my lowfat vegan food plan so I can get as trim as possible to leave room for some fun with food on vacation!
