Hi everyone. How was your week?

I wish I could say that I got a lot of exercise in, but this week it didn't happen. I had a nasty cold on Monday and by Wednesday I could tell it was trying to move into my chest. My asthma must have been feeling lonely, so it got in on the action too. The good news is that I think it's getting better. And no infection (fingers crossed)! The goals this week include getting completely better (lots of liquids and maybe a few more breathing treatments) and hopefully by Wednesday I can start being active again.
